台湾 June 2015 2日目 / Taiwan June 2015 2nd day
さて2日目。ホテルのビッフェで朝食を取り11:00頃、行天宮を参拝。多くの地元の人がお参りをしていて、見よう見真似で道教式のお参りをすると雰囲気を味わえてお勧めです。英語や日本語の説明書きもありますよ。
On the second day. We ate a buffet breakfast in our hotel. Then we went to Hsing Tian Kong / 行天宮 and arrived about 11 AM. Many local people worshipped there in the Taoist style. We worshiped like them, too. I recommend it to feel the local atmosphere. They have a manual for worship in English and Japanese.
次に僕らは迪化街で烏龍茶やカラスミ、ドライフルーツを購入。ここは古くからの問屋街で食料品のほか、竹細工の小物なんかも売っていてお土産を買うには良い場所ですよ。
And then, we went to Dihua Street / 迪化街 to buy some Oolong tea, Dried mullet roe and Dried fruit. Dihua Street is a old wholesale district and they also sell bamboo products. It is nice place to buy a souvenir.
ランチは咖啡瑪榭 / Cafe Marche。こちらは分子ガストロミーのイタリアンで注目のお店。分子ガストロミーは料理を科学的アプローチで美味しくするという感じでしょうか。マルセイユ風リゾット、トリュフのパスタ、プッタネスカ、デザートで1,155元。マルセイユ風リゾットは絶品でしたね。とても濃厚な味で、レモン風味の泡が相性抜群です。デザートの草莓狂想曲 / Strawberry Rhapsodyはこれぞ分子ガストロミーというところでしょうか。液体窒素で凍ったイチゴに衝撃を受けます。
At lunch, we chose the Cafe Marche which is a famous Italian Molecular Gastronomy restaurant. Molecular Gastronomy makes food more delicious by science. We ordered Marseille style risotto, truffle pasta, puttanesca and dessert, and the total price was 1,155元. Marseille style risotto was very nice. it had a very rich taste and lemon flavor of the head was excellently compatibil with it. Strawberry Rhapsody, the dessert was just Molecular Gasutoromiy, I think. It suprised me that strawberries were frozen by liquid nitrogen.

お次は足裏マッサージへ。台湾の足裏マッサージは、スイス人宣教師、ジョセフ・オイグスター / 呉若石が元祖。これが日本を始め世界時中に広まっているそうです。若石式と呼ばれたりしていて、実は私は、日ごろからクリームを塗って、マッサージ棒でゴリゴリ押しています。そんな私の憧れの若石式の直系店といわれるのが、忠孝敦化にある十足健康。古いマンションのようなビルの12Fに予約ナシで突撃しましたが、多少の待ちでOK。45分750元のコースをお願いしました。自分でやるときは左足の消化器が反応するのですが、プロの手にかかると、いたるところが泣けてきます。終わると気分すっきり、機会があればまた行きたいですね。
Next was foot reflexology. Foot reflexology in Taiwan was started by Joseph Oigusuta / 呉若石, Swiss missionary. It is widespread in the world called 若石 style. Actually I have done foot reflexology by myselef using a massage stick and cream sometime in my house. So I want to go to 十足健康, whict was a direct line from Joseph Oigusuta / 呉若石. It is located on the 12th floor of a Multi-tenant building near the Zhongxiao Dunhua / 忠孝敦化. I had no reservation, but I only waited few minuts.
さて、夜は士林夜市へ。まあ熱気がすごいですね。コンビニでビールを買って、豪大大雞排のフライドチキンや屋台のイカを食べながら、まずは雰囲気に慣れました。エビ釣りとか、射的とかゲームもちらほら。その後、地下の食堂でカキのオムレツ、ソフトシェルクラブフライ、豚の血のスープ（猪血湯）で390元。味は、、、ご想像にお任せします。
At the night, we went to Shilin Night Market Taipei. It was bustling! First, we bought beers at covinience store, fried chicken at Haodada Jipai Shilin Main Store and grilled squid at a food cart. There were some games, Shrimp fishing, Target practice et al.. Then we ate a oyster omelet, fried soft-shell crab and soup of pig blood at restarunt of of the underground. The total price was 390元. The taste was ....., It owned your imagination.

てな感じで二日目は終りです。ホテルに帰って、部屋で飲み直しました。
Second day finished. we went back to our hotel and drunk again.
